Epaper Distribution ships nationwide except for Alaska and Hawaii via USPS or Fed Ex. All orders are processed within 1 business day of being received. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email provided that will include a tracking number for your reference. If you have any questions relating to when your order will be delivered, please refer to your tracking information prior to contacting us.
Once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to organize a return, we cannot recall any deliveries that have left our distribution center and are with a courier company.
We are dedicated to getting your order to you without any problems whatsoever, but in the rare case that an issue occurs, we will be happy to help. We strive to deliver all orders ASAP, although sometimes courier delays can happen, if your order has not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us
